Our History

Initially an engineering company manufacturing mechanical overprinting machines, the company changed hands in 1988, diversifying into the production of plain and printed self-adhesive labels under the OPM Group brand.

OPM systems was introduced in 1996, providing and supporting the development and supply of thermal transfer/direct overprinting machines. Today, OPM Group stocks the most complete line of thermal transfer ribbons in the marketplace, backed by technical expertise and customer service to deliver real value.

With a wide variety of formulations available for the most demanding ribbon applications, our Thermal Transfer Ribbon Department offered consistent, reliable, and cost-effective performance.

In order to offer a more complete packaging solution, 1999 then saw the formation of OPM Flexibles, being the first dedicated short run, high quality printer of printed film, sachet laminate and innovative multi-layer flexible packaging.
