When industry friendships span generations.
One of the real privileges of being part of a family business is the relationships that grow alongside it.
Earlier this summer, we were delighted to welcome Jules Lejeune and Luc Lejeune from FINAT and Lejeune Association Management Management to OPM (Labels and Packaging) Group for a visit that was about far more than labels and packaging.
The day provided an opportunity to share OPM’s continuing journey, from our expansion into flat bottom pouches and flexible packaging solutions to the arrival of our new BOBST Master M6 press, a significant investment in the future of our business and our customers.
What made the visit particularly special was the opportunity to reflect on relationships that have been built over many years through Christopher J Ellison’s involvement with FINATlabels as President. Those connections have evolved from industry colleagues into genuine friendships founded on shared values, mutual respect and a passion for advancing our industry.
As a family business, we are especially proud to see the next generation becoming increasingly involved, both within OPM and across the wider label community. The future of our industry depends not only on innovation and investment, but also on passing knowledge, experience and relationships from one generation to the next.
