The little things make a big difference.

I get a lot of messages on here from people/companies that can do our Battle Oats packaging and can sometimes quote cheaper pricing. But business for me is much more than trying to drive everyone’s margins down and screwing people over. I have been working with Arnie Ellison and the team at OPM since Battle Oats was founded and these sorts of long term relationships are worth more (much more) then a slightly cheaper pricing. Arnie drove from Leeds and gave me these chocolates yesterday and thanked me for our business this year. He’s done this every year since 2014. Such a great family-run company I hope to put more business their way in the years to come. Can’t recommend them enough.

P.S. If people are wondering, the chocolates were delicious and I accidentally ate them all last night : )
