Last week, OPM (Labels and Packaging) Group was delighted to support Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials sustainability-focused event at the Icon Innovation Centre Daventry.
Our Commercial Director, Charlotte Ellison, joined the expert panel discussion to share practical converter experiences and discuss the opportunities and challenges facing our industry as we prepare for PPWR, UK PEPR, EcoDesign requirements and evolving recyclability expectations.
It was encouraging to see material suppliers, sustainability specialists, packaging experts and converters working together to help brands better understand the changes ahead.
The message from the day was clear: sustainability legislation is not just a compliance challenge. It is also a driver for innovation, collaboration and better packaging design.
